• Experience supporting at least 500 employees

As an essential business, we have strong protocols in place protecting our employees and safeguarding their health, across all of our campus operations. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be one of two HR Managers on the Charlotte campus. Each of you will oversee HR for a distinct business unit, but you can expect a good deal of collaboration. Reporting to you directly will be two HR Generalists and an HR Coordinator.

As the Senior HR Manager, you will support the ramp-up of operations to produce an innovative class of just-launched delivery vehicles. Initially, you'll invest a good deal of your time in recruiting, orienting, and onboarding new employees. In this effort, you'll partner with a contracted hiring vendor partner, with resources on site. We see this ramp up as an opportunity to implement and improve HR systems, processes, and procedures, and you will help implement those across the campus.
