More about the requirements
In addition to the qualifications listed under The Requirements tab, consider:

As an essential business, we have strong protocols in place protecting our employees and safeguarding their health. We will expect you to work on site. Once it is safe to do so, you may travel up to 12 times per year to visit customer sites, meet and greet contacts, take measurements, and/or attend trade shows. We also have a ride-along protocol that will enable you to get first-hand insights.

More about your success
Your engineering expertise will be essential, but just as important will be strong interpersonal skills. Your key goal will be to develop solutions, but you should have the humility to remain open-minded and listen carefully. What customers ask for may not always be what they really need, and there is always give and take in the decision-making process. You'll need to be patient and flexible -- even when you feel strongly that you already have the answer. In some ways, your job will be to lead the customer in a process that will help them discover what they really need. Rather than dominating conversations, you should see yourself as a conversation shepherd.

This description is intended to give you a general overview of the position and is not an exhaustive listing of duties and responsibilities.
